Our orecchiette workshop is an authentic experience dedicated to Apulian culinary tradition. Guided by our Chef, participants learn how to prepare the dough and shape handmade orecchiette, rediscovering ancient gestures passed down through generations.
During the workshop, participants work with simple and genuine ingredients, celebrating the craftsmanship and care that define traditional home cooking. Every movement tells a story of territory, family and seasonality.
At the end of the preparation, what has been created becomes a moment of sharing and conviviality, in an intimate and authentic atmosphere.
